The website lunadirosso.com is published by Alpha Eterna SASU. These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sales of products offered on this site to customers (adult individuals residing in the European Union). By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these T&Cs.
Product characteristics
The products sold on lunadirosso.com are made to order through a personalized printing process (Print On Demand).Each item is produced specifically for the customer based on their choices (size, color, printed visual). The images shown on the site are mockups or digital renderings, based on design files created by Luna di Rosso and its partners.
Minor differences in color, placement, or finish may occur between previews and the final product due to the technical nature of textile or object printing.
Offered products include clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, leggings, swimsuits, etc.), accessories (caps, beanies, mugs, phone cases...), and decorative items.
Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping fees are shown separately during checkout. Luna di Rosso reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice.
Delivery
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4.95, or offered during special promotions (as indicated during checkout).
Production and delivery times vary by product type. They are expressed in business days (excluding weekends and holidays, regardless of the customer’s country):
- T-shirts, hoodies, caps, beanies: 3 to 15 days
- Phone cases: 8 to 24 days
- Mugs, bottles, wall decor, accessories: 5 to 15 days
- Dresses, skirts, shorts, swimsuits, jackets, pullovers, leggings, tracksuits, lingerie, kimonos, and full-print t-shirts: 7 to 21 days
Delivery is handled by our logistics partners (postal services, express carriers, or international shipping). A tracking number is sent by email once the package is shipped.
Execution of the contract
The contract is deemed concluded upon order confirmation and receipt of payment. Production begins immediately after.
Payment
Payment is made securely online via Stripe.
Orders are only validated after payment authorization. No shipment will take place without a successful transaction.
Right of withdrawal
According to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to the customer's specifications.
However, if a product is defective or incorrectly produced, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a solution.
Legal guarantees
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
In case of any issue, contact us at contact@lunadirosso.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We will investigate and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a store credit.

Duration and termination
These T&Cs remain in effect for as long as the products are available on the site. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, unless accepted by our support team.
Dispute resolution
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, we will first seek an amicable resolution.
Customers in the EU may access a free mediation service as provided by applicable consumer laws.
If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the courts of Lyon, France.
